Main Responsibilities

-Make recruiting budget and recruiting plan according to the manpower status and business development needs.

-Make sure external and internal positions on time recruitment, and control the recruitment budget

- Develop and manage effective recruitment channels to increase the recruitment efficiency. (e.g. labor agency, internal referral, hunter, knowledge SharePoint, website and so on).

- Continuous Maintain and update the recruitment procedure, interview system and Staffing related system.

- Develop/Improve/maintain the recruiting selection tools

- Exit Interview; Prepare report on staffing including turnover rate, monthly recruiting status and recruitment KPI status etc.

- Conduct the on-boarding program, and leading other staffing or HR related project.

- Organization review and JD Updating.

- Fast learning and assimilation in Plant environment, understand business better as a BP role and give the staffing proposal or other help and professional suggestion to hire department. Including implement projects.

- Support HR system foundation and operation.

- Assist direct supervisor to finish the other demand works

Experience/Education Required

-Above college degree, major in HR, Management or Psychology or related;

-more than 2 years’ experiences in Headhunter or HR function,

-experience in factory or headhunter will be preferred;

-Sound  judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk and problem solving  skills.

  -Strong organizational skills, communication/ listening skills, and  presentation skills are essential.

-Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
