职位描述：

1.负责相关的进口和出口运输

2. 完善物流系统并控制内部有效的物流操作（选择好的物流公司，选择好的运输方式，及时给出好的物流建议）

3. 负责处理所有客人运输方面的问题

4. 处理所有额外费用

5. 给客人提供有效的进口方式的建议

6.负责所有运输费用的请款事宜

7.跟相关的物流公司协商好的价格

1. Supervise and ensure the subordinate to operate the Inbound and Outbound shipment and ensure all delivery smooth.

2. Perfect the logistic system and control inner operation efficiently.

a: Sourcing, develop forwarders to compare and choose better.

b: Choose proper shipping routing for delivery.

c: Propose to customer about forwarder’s service.

3. Deal with the outstanding for customer including complains shipping related, freight claim and additional charges etc.

4. Invoice making and stand on top for special charges.

5. LC docs related. Handed on time.

6. Found and develop the import system including docs requirements, and packaging requirements and others related.

7. Audit the payment instruction form for all freight invoices.

8. Negotiate with forwarder and FedEx & UPS or other agent etc. for freight rate to get competitive price.

9. Build up good relationship with forwarders and foreign trade agency.

10. Ensuring that a professional office environment is always maintained and a harmonious relationship with all other dept.;

岗位要求;

1.大专及以上学历，海运或国际贸易类或商务英语相关专业

2.3-5年以上的船务相关的工作经验

3.英语听说读写良好，熟练操作办公软件系统；

4.主动性和责任感强，具有良好的沟通能力

1. college degree or above， major of shipping or foreign trade or business English

2. Minimum 3-5 year in shipping field

3. Good command of spoken and written English and computer skills especially in Word, Excel.

4. Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment, with good interpersonal & communication skill
