R&R for the position:

• Work with US HR and local finance to perform monthly China IIT filing for China ISE.

• Review ISE compensation details provided by US office at each month end.
• Calculate tax liabilities and prepare tax returns for ISE under several entities.
• Coordinate with Finance/HR personnel of JVs to proceed with tax filing and payment.

• Work with Deloitte China team to complete annual China IIT filing for ISE by 31 Mar of each year.

• Prepare documentation and tax registration for ISE long term incentive grants including several stock schemes, and the subsequent stock exercise income tax calculation and filing.

• Responsible for IIT inquiries from internal & external sides, coordinate with outside advisors on ad-hoc IIT consulting and compliance projects.

• Assist with corporate tax projects and tasks including restructuring transactions, EIT annual filing review, intercompany charge and etc.

• Responsible for quarterly US tax accounting reserves analysis related to ISE secondment

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in China tax specialist in expatriate personal tax matters, Leading Tax Firm /Big Four Firm in the Tax Practice or Corporate HQ experience is a big plus.

• Strong leadership capability, team work and result focus oriented.

• Execution skills including persistent drive for results, utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills.

• Strong cultural savvy, with experience in managing diverse cultures.
