Objective:

Monitor the daily operations and ensure proper accounting entries have been recorded

Key Duties:

Responsible for the financial management of the company

Lead whole accounting team

Involved in the system implementation and account setup

Review the peric stock take variations

Finalized the monthly management reports and quarterly reports to head office

Participation in the preparation of annual budget

Responsible for the relationship between the company and the bank, tax and investment institutions

Work with internal auditors and external auditors to fulfill manage mental and statutory audits and lead correction plans

Solid finance & accounting related knowledge; familiar with Chinese GAAP and IFRS

Proficient in Excel and PPT

Handle other ad hoc assignments required by senior management.

Requirements:

5+ years of finance experience, preferred in international entities

Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or relevant one

Completion of a recognized Account Designation (CPA, CGA, AIA or ACCA)

ERP experience

Strong communicator in English language, both written and oral

Proficient in Microsoft office; advanced knowledge of Excel and Word;

Good of time management and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
