岗位职责：

-Ensures all files and reports are properly filed for future reference.

确保所有的档案和报告得到妥善存档备查.

-Counting up the attendance record and monthly salary of every staff according to the attendance record which is checked and signed by Human Resource.

每月根据人力资源部审核后的考勤表，统计每位员工的出勤情况，并计算每位员工当月工资。

-Printing the salary report after calculated and signed by the Director of Human Resource, Financial Controller and General Manager. Copy the salary report to bank then transmit the salary to the bank account of each staff.

工资计算完后，打印出工资表，经由人力资源总监、财务总监及总经理审核批准后将工资数据复制到软盘上送至银行，由银行将工资转发到每位员工账户上。

-Incumbent must maintain at cooperative and helpful relation s with all those he /she liaises with . Must try at all times to respond to customer queries quickly and efficiently.

必须与相关人员保持合作和有益的关系，并随时迅速和有效地解决问题。

任职要求：

-Essential college graduate, better is major in Accounting

大专以上学历，专业为会计学者佳

-Essential relevant experience in 4-5 Stars hotels

具备4、5星级酒店相关工作经验

-Desirable over 3 years relevant working experience is preferred

拥有3年以上相关工作经验者优先录用

-Essential familiarization of Accounting Systems and Microsoft Excel

熟悉财务软件和Excel
