■ 客户经理是企业中的重要职位,需要掌握企业要求的各种技能同时负责处理(有时候控制)日常客户关系,从而保证按时、在预算内高质量的完成品牌推广和设计方案。
■ A key role within the agency, the Account Manager is responsible for harnessing the various skill sets within the business and managing (and in some cases owning) the day-to-day client relationships in order to deliver the highest quality branding and design programs on time and on budget
■ 有效沟通,协调项目进展顺利,增加客户满意度
■ Communicate effectively, coordinate project to ensure smooth progress, and increase customer satisfaction
■ 为打造伟大的品牌项目进行有效的客户关系和机构资源管理(在某些情况下领导)。
■ Effective management (and in some cases leadership) of Client relationships and agency resources to deliver high-quality branding services

■ 一个大客户或多个客户的长期和日常管理。
■ Long-term and day-to-day management of one large account or multiple accounts
■ 准备提案,为项目制定预算和时间表。
■ Prepare proposals, estimates and timelines for projects
■ 必要时需获得内部和客户的批准。
■ Obtain required approvals from internal departments and client
■ 协助并在需要时开发新业务,并成为公司和客户之间沟通的桥梁。
■ Drive or assist in driving new business and act as a window between company and prospective clients
■ 负责客户的日常管理(包括工作流程、质量监管、预算控制和发票)并使客户对我们的工作质量感到满意。
■ Handle day-to-day management of accounts (including workflow, quality control, budget control & invoicing) and deliver high-quality products and services
■ 帮助推销大创意。
■ Help selling the ‘great idea’ behind the product

■ 有效地处理客户沟通的各个方面,包括项目预期和超出预期的部分。
■ Effectively handle all aspects of client communications
■ 在寻找方法提高客户满意度的同时拓展客户关系。
■ Seek out ways to improve client satisfaction and expand client relationships
■ 学习如何服务策划和设计过程。
■ Learn how to contribute to consulting and design processes
■ 与业务主管一起落实新的工作方式,以更低的成本、更快的提高工作质量。
■ Work with the Business Director to implement new working methods for the agency to deliver cost-efficient quality work faster
■ 帮助提升公司在专业和客户群体中的形象。
■ Contribute in improving the image of the agency among professionals of the industry and prospective clients
■ 迅速熟练掌握在开发品牌设计中用到的工具和方法。
■ Acquire proficiency with the tools and methods used to develop branding and design projects
■ 与在其他行业的伙伴一起建立品牌建设的综合通信。
■ Work with colleagues from other departments to produce integrated brand-building communications
■ 准备在项目完成基础上的案例研究。
■ Prepare case studies upon completion of projects

团队管理:

■ 确保设计和数码工作室在为正确选择和级数而努力。
■ Ensure creative studios are working on the correct job and stage number
■ 安排团队和创意工作室之间的工作的转换。
■ Arrange transfer of work between internal teams and creative studios
■ 满足一些特殊广告客户的尖端设计/数码工作室对工作中bmp, pdf, CD, ISDN等工作的需求。
■ Brief creative studios of any ad hoc client requests e.g. bmp, pdf, CD, ISDN etc.
■ 预测工作中可能出现的问题,提高整个团队的表现。
■ Anticipate problems and improve overall performance;
■ 为客户服务的新成员提供客服技能方面的***实践。
■ Coach junior members of the department and encourage best practices in accounts services;
■ 激励团队里创新氛围的形成。
■ Foster a climate of creativity and innovation within the team

■ Attend work performance review sessions
■ 满足客户对技术信息、产品等的需求。
■ Chase clients for technical information, products, requirements etc.
■ 促进策略的开发,并激发大创意。
■ Contribute to/develop strategies and briefs that inspire great work

财务管理:
Finance Management:
■ 在符合AD的情况下,估计额外的费用
■ Raise on-going estimates for any additional fees/costs in agreement with AD
■ 了解项目中可能会出现的折扣和优惠率
■ Be aware of any discounts or preferential pricing that may be applied to some projects
■ 每周监测实际花费;向财务部门获得发票快递复印件等
■ Monitor costs against estimates on a weekly basis; chase finance department for copies of invoices, couriers, etc.
■ 每周付费会议上向财务部跟进付费状态
■ Advise billing status to the Finance Department during weekly billing meetings
■ 支持债务收集工作。
■ Support debt collection efforts
■ 确保客户为公司工作付费。
■ Ensures clients are billed for the work the agency has performed and that they pay for it
■ 与同事合作确保达到***财务表现,获得强大的客户基础以及行业领先的公司形象
■ Works with peers within the network to apply best practice and deliver improved financial performance, client base, and credentials

■ 管理日常的生产过程。
■ Manage the production process on a day-to-day basis
■ 核对所需的所有客户信息——内容报告、拷贝、合同细节等。
■ Collate all required client information – specs, contract details, etc.
■ 审查创意工作流程和时间表
■ Review creative artwork schedules and timing charts
■ 协调生产/设计工作室与客户团队之间的变动和信息更新
■ Liaise changes and information between creative studios and client
■ 预定第三方艺术家;填写采购单
■ Book third party origination artists, raise purchase orders, etc.
■ 确保最终版本创新作品抵达正确目的地
■ Ensure final delivery of artwork to correct destination
■ 将所有艺术品归档。
■ File all artwork

主要要求:
Main Requirements:
■ 学士学位及以上。
■ Bachelor’s degree or above
■ 5年或以上行业或者类似经验。
■ 5+ years’ work experience in agency or equivalent
■ 优秀的中英文书面、口头沟通技巧。
■ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
■ 拥有在于客户接触时所必需的成熟的判断技巧。
■ Necessary judgement skills for communicating with client
■ 管理客户预算和期限的能力。
■ Ability to manage client budgets and deadlines
■ 良好的研究、写作和编辑能力,以及与客户交流专业的能力。
■ Good research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally.
■ 良好的抗压能力。
■ Ability to work well under pressure
■ 拥有强烈的学习表达能力技巧的意愿。
■ Basic presentation skills with a strong willingness to improve them
