Shanghai Rep office exists since 2005 and is focalizing on the sourcing and quality control of all the garments exported from China for the 3 brands!

  Quality assistant  

  1.   Reason of the position  

  

The quality assistant is supporting the proper organization of the operation of our final inspections. He has to insure that the quality process is properly followed by suppliers and service companies.

  

  2.   Position in the organisation  

  

Direction : Sourcing / Quality / office of Chine

  

report to : Quality Supervisor

  

  3.   Mission  

  

Under quality supervisor, in contact with quality department in head office, and thanks to his quality of organization, understanding of the quality requirement and processes, he is a key and loyal member of the office.

  

  4.   Responsabilities  

  

Insure the quality of the goods leaving China

  

• Quality assistant is responsible to arrange the final inspection with the QC or inspection company.

• Need to train the factory for our internal tools, process and requirements concerning all the quality issues.

• Quality assistant is responsible to coordinate the final inspection for whole China

• Report to the brand any discrepancy in term of quality

• For the platform inspection, coordinate between, forwarders, supplier, and inspection company.

• Fill and keep the system (database) updated

• Coordinate with sourcing team in case of particular problem to solve with a supplier

              

  

Admin

  

• Check and request payment for the inspection services

• Arrange regular KPI and reports of the activity

    

  

Lab

  

• Tidy properly the lab tests results

    5.   Scope of the mission  

  

The quality assistant is based in Shanghai and has to travel sometimes in the factory or on the logistic platform to check the working conditions and the internal process.

  

  6.   Mission benefit  

  

• Support of the quality department

• Give visibility of the factory performance to buying and sourcing department

• Bring some solution to the buyers
