工作职责：

1、熟悉第三方验厂流程，协助工厂接受客户指定的第三方验厂机构进行验厂工作，有COSTCO/ETL等验厂经验者优先；

2、定期走访工厂，对工厂相关人员提供在品质控制体系，社会责任，反恐等方面的培训和辅导，稽查各工厂的相关资料；

3、系统跟进工厂的改善进度和结果，以保证供应商的资质以及每次验厂的顺利通过；

4、对新开发的供应商进行初次审核，对其资质进行初步的评估；

5、协助每季度供应商评分工作；

6、协助美国开发/采购新品，对新开发供应的打样/回复/启用进行跟进，熟悉电器件/五金/厨具类采购渠道及经验；有上述资源折优先；

7、协助部门经理的其他采购工作；

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，英语读写能力良好，CET4级者优先；

2、具有较强的执行、沟通、谈判的能力；

3、有较强的责任心，工作细致、深入，对数字敏感，主动性强，思维清晰；

4、可以接受每月定期出差，***优先；

5、良好的职业操守、良好的职业道德，稳定性佳。

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
