TZG Partners is a Shanghai-based business initiation firm focused on building new businesses focused on

responsible, sustainable, and quality lifestyles. TZG is currently seeking a Creative Director to join its floral

store chain company. This person will oversee the overall branding, products upgrade, and retail setting.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement overall branding strategy.

- Upgrade the current visual identity system to establish a boutique brand

- Upgrade the current product lines (fresh flower, preserved fresh flower, plants, side-lines)

- Develop new product concepts and establish them into lines

- Display products online and offline

- Develop a store identity system

Requirements

- 7+ years in creative/branding field, 4+ years in global 4A creative agency is a plus

- Proven ability designing VI, SI and products

- Proven ability managing and leading a team

- A taste for the beautiful, insights about 25~35 years old consumers

- Resources in merchandising and related suppliers is a plus

- International experience is a plus

- Top institution graduate is a plus
