工作职责：

1. 完成上级经理布置的日常工作，并安排出差以及会议计划。
2. 来访客人的接待管理以及行程安排（酒店，机票，用车等安排）。
3. 与经理参与会议，并做好会议记录以及归档。
4. 办公用品领用和办公资产的收发管理。
5. 收集，整理和归档日常供应商的基本信息，并在会议前后准备和汇总相关信息资料。
6. 在一定培训下，熟悉基本的ERP系统操作，并维护相关的数据。
7. 能与其他各个相关部门顺畅沟通，协调项目和产品按计划顺利进行。

个人要求:

1. 大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业。
2. 了解基本的外贸进出口流程以及相关的操作规则。
3. 1-3 年 相关工作经验，大学毕业生如表现出色同样给予考虑。
4. 良好的人际沟通协调能力。
5. 具备较强的外语读写及口语能力（国际化的工作环境），熟练使用常用办公软件。
6. 做事认真负责，具有良好执行力和谈判能力，团队合作精神强，可承受一定工作压力。

Einhell is a stock-listed, mid-sized power tools and garden tools trading company with a purchasing entity in China that cooperates with about 150 suppliers. The goods are sold in more than 40 countries by Einhell subsidiaries and partner companies.
Hans Einhell started in 1964 with the foundation of Hans Einhell Co., Ltd. in Landau/Isar in Germany, Hans Einhell changed to be Hans Einhell AG (EAG) in 1986 and listed on the stock exchange in 1987.
Einhell China (EC) was set up in 1994. China is the most important purchasing market for EAG, Einhell China set up the strong engineering Dept. to ensure products are made in strict compliance with Einhell quality guidelines and can be delivered to customers on time. To expand the bussiness scope in China, we established a brand new manufacture plant in Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu province in 2020.
