Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct sample evaluation in terms of fitting/measurement/construction / workmanship & functional performance.
• Conduct material/ trims/accessories evaluation in terms of quality/fabric weight /color /safety & function
• Provide technical support, call out or resolve potential risk at development stage
• Attend fit session and follow up all comments with garment vendor
• Track sample development status
• Provide technical support on bulk quality improvement
• Willing to have bulk inspection occassionally

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment factory/trading company/buying office, with minimum 3 years experiences in both sample check and bulk inspection
• Familiar with Gerber system for pattern set up and revise etc…
• Pattern, sample making/CAD experience in garment factory will be a definite plus
• Experience in textile is a plus as well
• Knowledge in garment fitting , construction, pattern making and grading
• Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• No colour blindness and munsell-hue test in average rate
