Your Responsibilities:

● Improve current enterprise network solution and develop new network solution.

● Manage supplier by regular review on performance.

● Ensure network services reliability and availability.

● Work as 3rd level support on network incident, change and problem management.

● Improve current enterprise network solution and develop new network solution.

● Create technical handbook / guide / manual for level 1 & level 2 supports and provide training.

● Build synergy with Headquarter team to exchange projects and support.

Job Requirements & Skills:

● Bachelor degree or above in computer science specialized in System and Network.

● Good sense of technical troubleshooting.

● Good technical knowhow on Enterprise Networking environment.

● Good communication skill in English

● VLAN

● IPSec / MPLS

● Routing

● Firewall policy

● Cisco WLC

● Cisco ACS

● Prime

● TCP/IP

● Monitoring tool
