岗位职责：

• 负责神经性退行性疾病的药理研究工作

• 利用分子生物学研究方法负责药物研发过程中生物靶点识别、靶点验证、疾病机制或生物标记物研究，

• 负责实验数据的分析及解释、报告撰写等，针对项目进展与项目成员或合作者进行有效沟通

• 项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论

• 指导实验助理进行研究工作

• 了解相关研究领域的最新进展

任职要求:

• 神经生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学或相关专业，0-5年相关研究经历，博士或同等以上学历

• 具备丰富的分子生物学知识，对相关研究领域有深入的了解，在工业界小分子化合物药物开发经验者优先考虑

• 具备药物靶点识别、相关疾病机制研究或生物标记物研究经验者优先考虑

• 具备实验设计、操作、解释及解决问题的能力

• 对科研工作有热情及兴趣，具有创新意识和学习能力

• 实验动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强。

• 有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。

Job description：

• Work independently in a collaborative team environment discovering novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative disease

• Using molecular biological approach ,Design, perform and optimize assays for target identification, validation, mechanistic study as well as biomarker study

• Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicate with team members and collaborators on working progress

• Summarize and present research results in the project and department meetings

• Supervise junior research stuff members (research associate, associate scientist, or research scientist)

• Keep abreast of the current development in the area of research focus

• Act as the scientific resource for the related diseases.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D or equivalent in neuroscience, molecular biology,cell biology or related arees with 0- 5 years relevant postdoctoral experience

• Industrial experience in small molecule drug development is preferred

• Research experience in target identification, disease mechanistic study as well as biomarker study is a desirable

• A broad knowledge in molecular biology and deep understanding of disease biology is a must

• Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments

• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines

• Must be a team player with pro-active behavior, excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Highly motivated, innovative researcher capable of critical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
