Job description:

The Sales Assistant will perform the following main activities as support to the company’s Sales Engineers and management:

1. Sales and marketing documents filing; redirection of calls and e-mails to Sales Engineers, preparation of reports, translations;

2. Sales and marketing database input/handling/update through the company CRM system and other relevant tools;

3. Telemarketing activities;

4. Logistic support and follow up (preparation of documents for the importation of machine parts and spare parts, contacts with forwarders and Customs agents, etc.);

5. General assistance to the company’s Sales team and General Manager.

Job requirements:

1. Good communication skills (verbal and written);
2. Capability to timely fulfill multiple diversified tasks;
3. Attention to the details and capability to produce and well organize files and reports;
4. Proactivity in handling and solving problems;
5. Proficiency in the use of office software;
6. Open and friendly work attitude.
