职位描述

Location: Shanghai or Nanjing 工作地点：上海或者南京

Purpose of the job:

Support global investments purchasing activities regarding safety, quality of delivery, cost performance, on time delivery, IP-protection, contribute to increase profitability, secure and improve cash flow, ensure compliant and sustainable purchasing processes)

Identify local and global purchasing synergies and support the global implementation.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

1. Support sourcing activities for global projects e.g. T2 & T3 project as well as LNF LCP Project

2. Negotiate confidentiality agreements NDAs with suppliers as required

3. Qualify and develop suppliers regarding their performance on safety, quality of delivery, cost performance, on time delivery, performance at installation & commissioning and evaluate them with regard to their technological competence, manufacturing capacity and reliability, etc.

4. Find new sources via market research and narrow down supplier long lists along with agreed relevant evaluation criteria

5. Lead quality and capability audits of potential suppliers.

6. Lead the request for information (RFI) and request for quotation (RFQ) process with close link to global purchasing requisitioners and internal departments like engineering

7. Lead relevant negotiations and document technical and commercial agreements with negotiation protocols according to the Global Purchase Directive

8. Follow rules and regulations such as Supplier Code of Conduct and Business Code of Conduct

9. Perform bid comparisons with special focus on minimizing TCO, Total Cost of Ownership (initial investment + maintenance + operational efficiency, etc.)

10. Prepare relevant contracts with the support of legal and global purchasing and ensure the Lenzing General Commercial Terms and Conditions with the supplier

11. Ensure the on time in full delivery, incl. monitoring of manufacturing progress and related audits, as well as expediting and following up on of logistic challenges

12. Lead performance audits such as FTA (Factory acceptance tests)

13. Manage and lead claims and claim processes

14. Support other purchase activities required by Global Purchasing requisitioners, e.g. for raw materials, or other technical products

15. Other tasks temporarily arranged by line manager

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in global industrial procurement, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, very good communication skills in English, intercultural sensibility, result-oriented proactive approach. Effective skills in SAP and MS-Office, cost breakdown structures, Tools for supplier development programs. Team player as well as responsible, independent, resilient and assertive character.
