We are one of the most respected fully integrated coffee companies in many parts of the world, especially among coffee lovers and industry professionals. Our founder, Melitta Bentz, invented coffee filtration in 1908 which laid foundation for such popular coffee preparation methods as pour-over and cold brew. Today Melitta is the undisputed leader in coffee filter paper the world over, and our full range of coffee machines, for at-home, in-office and commercial uses, are second to none when it comes to quality and user friendliness. Melitta is also one of the world's biggest producers of branded coffee. None of the above should surprise many, given Melitta being a German company dedicated to coffee innovation since 1908.

岗位职责：

1. 负责咖啡豆/粉，咖啡滤纸，手冲/冷萃方案，滴滤式咖啡机，全自动咖啡机和相关产品在北京及华北和东北市场的客户开发，销售执行，售点活化和消费者活动；

2. 负责制定区域内重点客户的年度销售目标和计划；

3. 负责为重点客户制定产品组合方案，价格政策及售点执行方案；

4. 负责协助重点客户的咖啡类产品的销售能力；

5. 协调相关展会的参与

6. 负责按公司规定，定期收集和反馈市场信息，并提出合理化建议供公司领导决策。

任职要求：

1. 拥有5以上工作经验，熟悉咖啡行业的销售和渠道发展；

2. 拥有本科及以上学历；

3. 良好的英文沟通能力，和相关的国际客户开发和管理经验；

4. 善于与各部门沟通和协调，营造高效的工作氛围，激励团队积极性；

5. 对咖啡豆/粉，咖啡文化和咖啡设备具有较深刻的认知。

The company's fully owned subsidiary in China , Melitta Coffee (Shanghai) Ltd., was established in Shanghai in December 2016, a first step in expanding the Melitta's presence in the Asia Pacific region which has been identified as a strategic priority for the Melitta Group following the formation of a new business unit, Melitta Asia Pacific (MAP).
