Job Responsibility：
1. Communicate with the customer and R&D team, based on the market request, define the product specification；
2. During the new product/process development, coordinating with technical department, organize APQP ；
3. Coordinating with Technical departmet, organize new products, process, equipment qualification.
4. Do the needed product test when required to match our quality requirement.
5. Others asigned by the superior.

Qualification:
● Candidate should be at least with Diploma in engineering, molding or plastics is preferred;
● At least 3 years experiences in injection molding field or plastic assembly field ;
● Good knowledge of APQP, familiar with quality tools like FMEA, Gants, SPC etc.;
● Good interpersonal and communication skill;
● Able to read and write the English, preferred oral English.
