IT软件销售经理/渠道销售 （ATS/招聘软件）
职位描述：
-开拓新客户,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围；
-负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，达成公司制定的业绩目标
-与顾问团队合作, 带领团队深入了解客户需求，为客户提供最合适的解决方案和服务
-维护客户关系以及渠道合作的长期战略计划；
-了解市场竞争对手信息, 汇报及收集市场信息, 及时反馈给亚太地区领导
-建立SalesForce 客户档案, 确保各项资料完整、准确，并及时更新客户需求信息
-有需要出差国内，亚太地区及欧洲

职位要求：
-计算机，人力资源，商业本科及以上学历，5年以上的销售经验， 热爱销售工作
-具备良好的B2B销售技巧和经验，了解IT行业且具有行业大客户资源者优先。
-善于沟通，表达能力较强，人际关系好，具有开拓、维护市场业务能力。
-有软件销售（CRM，SAP，ORACLE），咨询、人力资源服务（招聘网站，猎头）行业经验优先。
-一般英语沟通水平， 英国MNC

Responsibilities
Drive New Revenue
-Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales target, achieving total revenue growth, profit, and customer business plans
-Maximize all sales opportunities resulting in the taking of market share from competitors
-Pipeline/ Territory Development & Management
-Travel to prospects with your Solution Consulting colleagues in order to maintain and build relationships, advise of new product and service offerings, obtain feedback on products and services, and identify new opportunities
-Creates RFP responses and conducts effective proposal presentations that identify prospect’s business challenges, the effects of the problems, and the benefits of Lumesse solutions to their problems
