Purpose
To assist Accounting manager to secure accurate, reliable and compliant bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Interrelations
Reports to General Manager, HVAC Marine Newbuilding, China

Formal authorities
Has the authority to act within this functional description, agreed budgets and according to documented chart of authority as outlined in the company's Global Integrated Management System (GIMS).

Main responsibilities
Position-holder is responsible to:
？ Responsible for Assisting in all parts of company's operation are in accordance with regulations from Head Office, governmental bodies and local authorities at all times
？ Responsible for operational cost checking and booking, compare with budget, find out outstanding cost
？ Assist in admin matters related to Callenberg Technology China Co., Ltd.
？ Responsible for day to day book keeping
？ Responsible for payment
？ Reporting and reconciliation in BOFC including intercompany
？ Responsible for staff expenses reimbursement and book keeping
？ Responsible for Local collection booking
？ Responsible for ERP system suppliers information update and maintain
？ Responsible for monthly financial closing process, reconciliation of ledger accounts and the financial year-end closing process with support fromaccounting agency
     Responsible for monthly reporting to group
？ Responsible for fixed assets management.
？ Responsible for maintain PRC bookings software and update, print out bookings for record.
？ Responsible for Cash Flow Analysis & arrangement comply with Callenberg policy
？ Responsible for flagging problems and follow up
     Responsible for all financial matters
？ Responsible for assisting audit the yearly audit
？ Contact person in all accounting and finance matters
？ Any assignment given by immediate management and HVAC Financedirector
？ Support HVAC Finance Director in Ad hoc task
？ This FD is an indication as the position is new and responsibility might diverse from this FD

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
？ Formal education and/or practice
？ University degree with major in Accounting or similar
？ Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
？ Good command of English language, written and spoken
？ Good computer knowledge
？ Good general knowledge about Chinese legislation
？ Team oriented and able to work independently
