Responsibility

1. Continuously drive Eng IT system optimization for efficiency improvement
2. Collect Eng IT requirements in AP region, align with global Eng IT team, and coordinate Eng system deployment for each plant in AP region.
3. Act as Eng system administrator in AP region, to manage and control the system operation, for example e-ECR/ECN and e-BOM.
4. Investigate/Follow up Eng system optimization proposals with supplier and IT, to make Eng system development run smoothly and also well tracked.
5. Eng IT support to operation and other functions
6. Regularly generate Eng system report to monitor utilization and efficiency status
7. Other projects assigned by manager

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Familiar with IT system development, the related experience is preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
4. Good English skills including writing, speaking, listening
5. Good presentation skills
6. Drive for result and quick follow-up
