Job Scope:

-Visit factories on a regular basis to review all matters

-Travel with senior management when required

-Go to factories on short notice when emergencies arise

-Follow client orders to ensure shipping windows are met

-Coordinate and follow local project; Give supports to production, quality and sourcing to make sure localization project going smoothly.

-New supplier development and performance audit;

-Assist and ensure that factories can meet standards to pass National Retailer’s audits

-Prepare and maintain all certification documents

-Prepare and maintain internal set-up files for new and existing products

-Maintain current specs for all products

-Update catalogue sheets

-Have an understanding of packaging challenges and packaging standards

SKILLS:

1. Diploma holder or above in International Trade or Business English , Proficient knowledge of written and spoken English

2. Familiar with storage/toolbox/tool carts etc.

3.Around 5 years experience working in merchandising

4.Ability to work well under pressure, willing to travel

工作范围：

-定期参观工厂，审查所有事项

-在需要时与高级管理人员一起出差

紧急情况出现时，立即到工厂

-跟踪客户订单，确保准时交货

-协调和跟踪当地项目，支持生产、质量和采购，确保本地化项目顺利进行。

-新供应商开发和绩效审计；

-协助和确保工厂通过相关验厂审核；

-维护和更新产品目录，保管好所有的测试、认证文件，保管和维护所有产品的规格说明书、包装等；

职能:

1、大专以上学历，国际贸易或商务英语专业，熟练的英语口语和书写能力。

2、熟悉工具箱、工具车等产品，5年以上的相关工作经验

3、能承受工作压力，愿意出差
