1、 公司日常行政支持；

2、 及时处理客户询价，接听客户来电，确认订单。

3、 订单跟进，确保订单顺利完成。

4、 建立及维护客户资料及档案。

5、 公司日常行政支持。

6、 起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录，协助组织公司各种活动和会议；

7、 维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境；

8、 负责办公用品、办公耗材、办公设备采购并分配、发放、登记管理；

9、 完成各部门及公司领导交办的其他辅助工作；

10、汇总、统计公司重要资料，做好销售资料的存档、保管等工作；

11、完成总经理临时性指派工作、处理及时性事件。

任职要求：

1、工商管理，行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科以上学历。

2、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及销售工作流程，有一定文字功底，能完成基础的文案工作。

3、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，良好的沟通、协调能力。

4、心态积极，性格活泼，懂得配合，积极主动完成工作，遇到困难主动想办法解决，能承担临时性的工作。

5、沟通能力强，有团队合作精神，有责任心。

6、英语良好，具备日常沟通和读写能力。
