Summary of Job Function : 工作职责 Responsibilities: 1.In charge of Production run smoothly with good quality, best cost and on time delivery. 负责生产线的正常运转，确保品质，成本和交货期符合要求。 2.In charge of operator training and people management. 负责人员管理和培训。 3.Ensure safety of people and equipment. 负责人员和设备的安全。 4.Control of implementing the quality documents such as working instruction. 监督生产线贯彻执行作业指导书等生产质量文件。 5.Assists Manufacture Mgr. improving the production process, such as 5Smanagement , lean manufactory; 协助生产经理改进生产流程，如5S管理，精益生产管理等。

Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能 1. Arrange production according to production plan. 按计划及指令安排生产。 2. Follow up SOP to run production. 工艺标准贯彻。 3. Management of quality, efficiency and on time delivery. 品质/效率/交货期管理。 4. Job training and teaching. 工作培训和教导。 5．Fixtures and equipment management. 设备和使用工具管理。 6．5S and working environment management. 环境5S管理。 7．Attendance and appraisal management. 出勤/考核管理。 8．Implement company regulation. 公司规章制度贯彻执行。
