Responsibilities:

- Inline Inspections and Follow-up, Issue the inline inspection report per day

- Conduct pre-production meetings with suppliers

- Instruct factories about quality standards of the company

- Provide technical advice and suggestions to factories to improve their performance and capability and to solve garment quality problems

- Recommend how to make and improve products and their production processes

- Discuss alternatives with factories based on detail defect, following quality standards.

- Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process, help factory to use correct way to control Quality during sampling process

- Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality

Requirements & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in textile, design or garment technology

- At least 8 years in garment technology or quality assurance area with garment manufacturer, buying office/agent and trader with good experience in Garment for European market. - With sound knowledge in Fabric & Garment on woven

- With sound knowledge of apparel technology and quality standard, textile material, production

-Speak fluentEnglish & you are willing to travel to the different production areas in China

-Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues - Refer problems that cannot be addressed to the appropriate resources in a timely manner

- Very familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for apparel manufacturing in China area - Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines - Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility and staying in factory in China .

- Be reliable, high level of integrity, pro-active, enthusiast, team work spirit and independent working style, good performance under pressure.
