Responsibilities

Arranging operational process for CMA CGM rail consolidation shipment.

Assist to the Rail sales team on various topics.

1. Control the LCL booking process including checking the details whenever necessary.

2. Collect LCL clearance document and checking.

3. Check the cargo status of each LCL shipments and give report to sales team timely.

4. Communicate with oversea operational team and get feedback or instruction for each nominated LCL shipment.

5. Communicate with Warehouse for updating status against each shipment and get feedback to sales team and oversea office.

6. Updated shipment details to client’s system accordingly when key account required.

7. Solve problems and complaints from clients & suppliers if any.

8. Assist sales team to promote the rail activities.

9. Other task assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 2 years related working experience

2. Consolidation service operation knowledge and experience

3. Fluent English both in written and oral

4. Good network in the freight forwarding industry

5. Open minded, self-discipline, good communication skill
