岗位职责：

1. 根据旅游度假区总体品牌定位，进行品牌战略规划及品牌体系建设；
2. 负责旅游度假区目标市场的调研分析，制定品牌策划、设计、推广方案；
3. 负责旅游度假区品牌及产品广告策略的拟定、建议、执行监督及效果评估，管理各类广告资源；
4. 负责目标媒体的筛选，建立和维护与媒体、消费者等公众的良好关系，树立高端、良好的品牌形象；
5. 根据品牌推广计划，制定长期和短期的广告、公关计划和预算，控制成本，实现旅游度假区的品牌推广效果；
6. 领导完成对品牌形象的监督与管理，确保品牌形象的统一传播。

岗位要求：

1. 市场、营销、广告等相关专业，本科以上学历；具有海外留学背景优先；
2. 10年以上国际旅游产业、户外娱乐、主题乐园等相关行业品牌管理经验，有3个以上成功地企业品牌推广项目经历；
3. 熟悉旅游行业及相关规范，具备大型旅游综合度假项目总体品牌规划及推广能力；
4. 具有良好的企业文化理解力、写作能力、沟通表达能力及媒体运营管理能力。

Handen is a well-known international investment fund consortium devoted to the business of equity real estate acquisition and development, along with fixed-income investments in urban infrastructure development projects. Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects. We strive to pursue projects that are not only economically viable, but also enhance the image of the local community and enrich the lifestyles of local residents
