MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Conduct T&E expense claim review according to company T&E policy
- Process the staff’s reimbursements payment
- Process expense payments especially optimize intermediary trade procedure together with bank
- Issue VAT invoices for all activities and Perform VAT-in deduction in tax bureau of FTZ
- Safeguard of cash on hand
- Book the bank and cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Prepare cash report, weekly bank report, monthly bank reconciliation report
- Prepare monthly AR/AP report and conduct reconciliation with GL
- Perform other assignments upon management request


QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in accounting or finance, at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ACCPAC preferred,
- Familiar with MS office, especially Excel
- Be able to write and speak in English
- Good inter-personal and communications skills
