Nature and aim of the position

® Refund (cash & Credit Card) of tax free forms and assistance to travellers within the range of customs clearance.

® 在旅客通过海关检验之后， 遵循指引协助旅客完成退税流程

Main duties

® Refunding Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue (Refund Manual, Security Manual, Instruction Manual).

® 依据退税操作手册，安全手册及操作说明书及中国相关退税法规及制度， 正确规范操作退税流程

® Responsibility of the assigned cash (cash refunding in RMB only).

® 负责退税中产生的现金分配

® Perform the refund in the most correct and satisfactory way (quick and precisely)

® 高效，有序，无差错得为旅客完成退税流程

® Mitigate the conflicts with the traveller at the desk, contribute to the best customer satisfaction

® 在工作中， 避免与退税旅客产生冲突。 致力于旅客体验度及满意度

® Actively contribute to reach the given individual and team refund targets.

® 积极达成个人及团队的退税目标

The duties can be extended or changed after arrangement.

Background and education

® Experience in cash handling

® 有处理现金业务的经验

® Experience in direct customer contacts

® 有面对面客户服务经验

® Criminal Record check (preference)

® 需要有无犯罪纪录证明

JOBDESCRIPTION_Refund Assistant

® Colleges or diploma certificate （大专毕业）

® 高校文凭或证书（大专毕业）

® Good English knowledge and additional prime language

® 英语语言能力良好， 若会第二外语更佳
