As part of our continued growth, we seek an Technical Service Engineer to work in the Quanta (Shanghai) team,make interview in Songjiang Shanghai,Technical Service is responsible for supporting sales and commercial development efforts by providing technical support.

角色：

The role:

在上海技术服务团队工作，您将：

- 及时处理生产线上的停线问题。

-设备的安装与调试。

- 设备的保养。

Working in Technical Service team based in Shanghai, you will:

- deal with stop line problems in production line in a timely manner.

- installation and debugging of the equipment.

- Equipment maintenance.

工作要求：

工作活动包括

1，技术服务主要对销售和商业发展提供技术支持。

2，有检查电气路故障的经验;主要的活动包括在需要时排除客户程序、工具协助和材料推荐。

3，在客户有技术问题时提供紧急服务。

4，解决与客户过程和工具相关的质量问题。

5，良好的英语口语和书面表达能力;

6，自我激励，在压力和团队合作下工作;

7，具有很强的批判性思维/解决问题的能力。

    

1.Technical Service is responsible for  supporting sales and commercial development efforts by providing technical  support.

  2.Experience in electrical malfunctions ;Primary activities include  troubleshooting customer processes, tooling assistance and material  recommendations when needed.

  3. Provides emergency service when customer has a technical issue involving .

  4. resolve quality issues pertaining to customer process and tooling.

5.Good communication skills of English both in oral and in written.  

    6.Self motivated, work under pressure and team  player.

7.Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
