Responsibilities

1. Implement preventative maintenance measures according to plan and in good quality.

2. Work in shift to quick response the breakdown issues from production line, ensure production continuously running.

3. Hands on solve the breakdown issues independently or with the instruction of maintenance engineers.

4. Work with CIP, to continuously improve machine stability and reliability.

5. Implement 5S in maintenance workshop.

6. Support on projects leading or driving by technical service department.

7. Support on new assembly line installation and commissioning.

8. Support to solve the technical issue of plant facilities.

9.Disciplinary execute the company process and policy related, (PM, BM, SP management process).

10.Promote the teamwork, and share experience and knowledge with other team member.

11.Work on any other duty or project on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superior.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

1. Colleague degree in mechanical and electrical related.

2. Min.5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance.

3. be familiar with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic control system.

4. be familiar with PLC and Wincc programming software.

5. Good communication skill.

6. Able to work in shift.

7. Experience in steel fabricated parts, fitter, latch, milling machine and drilling machine.
