1)To lead current e-Commerce & Digital Strategy planning teams and set clear growth strategy & come up with solid business plan to achieve company objectives of both revenue & profit every year

2)To have better understanding about the industry trend at current emerging market, evaluate current internal situation, figure out the gap to enhance our company core competency for sustainable growth

3)To work closely with company functional teams of Strategy & Innovation, Digital Innovation etc. and leverage Aegis Media platform to grow revenue

4)Focus on external clients and build long term partnership with clients through helping clients to increase their branding awareness and create business values

5)To lead new business development resources to win more business from local clients

6)To continuously improve internal operational efficiency through effective team structure and building standardized operation processes.

7)To lead innovation and demonstrate leadership whatever on internal operation or external clients/markets, Redefining Media and continuously building Carat as leading media agency in the marketplace

8)To focus on talent development & retention and build solid professional skill sets and improve organizational capability
