Major Responsibility 

Investigates and identifies sales opportunities in assigned territory and develops and executes related sales plans, or executes portions of an account plan, that provide customers with a fully integrated set of product, process, and technical solutions which draw on EN (enterprise networks)’s total value proposition to meet customers’ specific business needs.

Promotes Enterprise Networks products and services to potential and existing customers to differentiate Corning in the market place and secure new or extend existing selling opportunities in north China.

Maintains frequent contact with the customer to strengthen the relationship, continually assess EN’s effectiveness in meeting the customer’s needs, and ultimately maximize sales penetration and customer retention.

Supports existing customers with issues related to logistics, qualification, and / or a variety of contractual terms.

Coordinates with the cross-function teams including Application Engineering, Marketing & Business Operations, Channel, Customer Services, PLM and Manufacturing to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Education: 

Bachelor's (graduate) degree

Experience:

4+ years of demonstrated success in a customer facing role 

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Demonstrated track record of compliance with sales policy and related regulations.

Average English language.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) 

Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills. 

Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in workload.

Must have knowledge in Enterprise Networks (LAN, Data Centers, and Optical Networking, and structured cabling fields)
