职位描述
1）解答客户咨询，介绍诊所服务项目，带领客户参观门诊以及提升公司形象
2）日常满意度调查，面谈，问卷，短信，电话等方式，帮助公司取得反馈数据
3）反馈信息的整理，录入，数据分析等工作，为公司的产品设计提供支持
4）处理服务类投诉，维持公司与客户之间的良好关系
5）客户关系维护，包括各种活动参与和礼物发放等
6）作为公司日常运营的官方形象，与其它各科室的沟通协作。
岗位要求：
1）2年以上的客服岗位工作经验，有医疗行业客服经验的***优先考虑
2）良好的客户服务意识，亲和力强，仪表干净，大方
3）学习能力，适应能力及沟通能力强，可以解决客户的各类问题及要求
4）熟练的英语听说读写能力，可与外籍医生，病人沟通交流
