ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

This role will see you wearing a few hats as you ensure the day-to-day operations at PDC AP runs smoothly. You will be flexing your organisational muscle across:

Finance:

  • Leading the finance goal setting process and follow-ups.

  • Securing efficient invoice handling and purchasing.

  • Contributing to cost follow ups, budgets and forecasts.

People:

  • You will act as an ambassador for PDC AP when meeting co-workers in different situations. ?

  • Contribute to the development of working methods and tools as well as share best practice
    recommendations.
    ?

  • As well as be responsible for the general introduction to new co-workers and involved with MLE and time registration.

  • While assisting HR support by ensuring rules and policies are followed.

Administration:

  • You will ensure the IKEA administrative routines, information and flow are secured across PDC AP.

  • As well as help enable better working environments.

Management Coordination:

  • You will coordinate and organise common meetings to ensure knowledge of processes and tools.

  • And contribute to help achieve agreed timetables and deadlines.
