Responsibility:

Tax

1. Oversee tax compliance of all Actuant China entities (ACI, ACL, ACTJV) and their branches;

2. Implement tax policies and regulation according to Group and statutory requirements;

3. Analyze on the business activities to identify the potential tax risks and opportunities, propose effective solutions to minimize the tax exposure or maximize tax benefits;

4. Be up-to-date to all relevant tax regulations and provide internal consultation support to relevant teams on execution; 5. Lead tax planning projects as assigned by finance controller;

6. Maintain good filing for all tax related documents to ensure traceability;

7. Cooperate with internal and external tax inspections and audits; Treasury

8. Review and approve payment application in E-banking system.

9. Oversee treasury compliance of all Actuant China entities (ACI, ACL, ACTJV) and their branches;

10. Plan cash flow to maximize the efficiency of company asset;

11. Maintain and optimize company credit policies to control credit risk at reasonable level;

12. Ensure all relevant report requested by Corp and local statutory are performed on time and accurately according to internal and external requirements.

13. Manage company insurance (exclude insurance relevant to employees) in conjunction with Corporate Treasury team. 14. Manage Company financing activities such as facility, loan, finance leasing, etc.. Overall Management

15. Manage a team of 3 to ensure employee development and motivation are properly in place;

16. Support business for new business model / transaction structure design, development and execution;

17. Vigorously execute department and company management processes such as filing, SOP/WI, etc.;

18. Maintain good relationship with external vendors / banks and authorities (Tax bureaus, SAFE, etc.)

19. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by local and Corp management

Qualification:

Education background/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree major in accounting / finance / business management;

2. CICPA, AICPA, ACCA is preferred

Working experience:

1. At least 10+ years solid working experience in multinational company or consulting firm on the same or similar position;

2. Rich experiences in all types of tax operation systems (invoicing, reporting, E-port, etc.)

3. Sophisticated understanding of full set of accounts and GL skills.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and thorough experience of China tax laws in local statutory and practices, US tax law knowledge is preferred;

2. Solid knowledge regarding FX regulation and familiar with import and export laws and regulations;

3. Good command of verbal and written English.

4. Strong office software skills;

5. Team player while also able to work independently under pressure;

6. Sophisticated communication skills

7. Keen business acumen, can-do spirit and able to think out-of-box
