• Supervise lounge F&B and business activities during shift including:

  主管在酒廊餐饮和商务服务方面的主要职责包括：

• Prepare the work flow at club lounge

  准备行政酒廊的服务程序。

• Be acquainted with the brand source and standard of wine and control the receiving, storing and selling

  熟悉酒水的来源，牌子及规格，控制酒水的领取、保管和销售。

• Control the beverage quantity, decrease the cost if necessary.

  控制酒水的数量，减少损耗降低成本

• Ensure all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.

  掌握各种设备，用具和财产，定期清点和做维修保养以延长其使用寿命。

• Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition

  确保所有设备及家具处于正常的工作状态。

• To be aware of and applies the procedures concerning the hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures.

  负责行政酒廊的卫生安全消防工作，确保安全运作。

• Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding club lounge services

  询问客人对服务是否感到满意，注意听取宾客的意见和建议。

• Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of club lounge.

  确保行政酒廊的干净整洁。

• Ensure adequate of supplies, materials, and requisition for general supplies

  确保有足够的用品，并根据存量及时申领补货。

• Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

  建立良好的人事关系，在工作中树立良好的工作形象，给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理及员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。

Primus Residence Shanghai Hongqiao is an upscale service apartment of Greenland World Center Hotels. The apartment features 158 apartments, including one bedroom apartment that up to 40m2, and three bedroom apartment that up to 170 m2. It also features private gym and function rooms to meet various requirements for the customers. The residence has already opened on June 2017.
