上海招聘

一、综合管理部主要负责公司的行政人事工作；

二、负责员工的招聘工作与配置（招聘需求分析；工作分析和胜任能力分析；招聘渠道分析和选择；招聘实施；离职面谈；降低员          工流失的措施）；

三、负责新员工的入职培训（培训包括工作职责/公司管理制度/安全）以及执行规划员工培训，帮助员工胜任工作并发掘员工的最          大潜能；

四、负责绩效管理方法的完善和改进，负责员工绩效考评，绩效管理的面谈；

五、负责公司薪酬福利管理，构建全面的薪酬体系（岗位评价与薪酬等级，薪酬结构，薪酬制度的制定和调整）；

六、熟悉劳动法，负责公司劳动关系管理；

七、负责公司行政管理制度的监督及执行，负责起草公司文件、报告、编制资料以及公众号推文的撰写及管理;管理公司重要资质证        件，办理各项资质变更、升级、年审、年检工作；

八、负责办公用品的采购和办公成本的控制；

九、 负责安排公司的会议及活动;

十、完成总经理临时交办的其它工作任务。
