1. Accurately manage client accounts - work closely with clients to identify sources of financial data and establish the best way to gather and process the data.

2. Make reconciliations as necessary and produce required reports for the company.

3. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

4. Monitor expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the company’s or client’s financial accounting system.

5. Assist clients with the administration of their accounts ensuring the utmost accuracy, timeliness and measurable client satisfaction.

6. Help to develop, implement and maintain financial control procedures.

7. Audit clients' annual financial results, calculate their tax dues and perform the necessary tax filings.

8. Assist clients’ accounting teams in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

9. Prepare company or client monthly closings, bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.

10. Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.

11. Register and manage tax machines and handle tax documents and filings accurately for clients.

12. Assist with year end closings, audits and annual report filings.

13. Build accounting models according to company and client standards.

14. Monitor and resolve banking issues.

15. Continuously study and consistently practice the company’s policies and procedures.

16. Must have appropriate certifications and industry training(Intermediate Accountant Certificate is a must). Professional certifications must be transferred to RedFern upon request.

17. Be very flexible to a broad range of company assignments and needs, cross-functional work.
