1.质量管理七大管理方法和五大管理工具；熟悉ISO9001、14001以及TS16949汽车行业质量管理体系标准，能运用TS16949管理、 控制生产现场；
2.熟悉生产现场产品生产流程和现场质量过程控制要求，售前、售后与供应商和客户沟通质量问题；
3.熟悉实验室标准规程及ISO17025，负责试验室体系工作的维护和改进；
4.大专以上，电子或机械等理工科专业；
5.三年以上机械、电子或相关产品质量管理工作经验；
6. 英语水平良好、较好的协调、沟通能力；
7.能适应出差，***。
