职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- Daily communication with customers, establish good relationships
- Provide proper service to customer according to requirement
- Order processing, together with domestic purchasing, follow up delivery time
- Order processing, together with logistic, follow up goods delivery
- SAP booking for all orders, Stock List & Consumption list preparation and sending out
- Dealing with complain from customers, improve customers satisfaction
- Customer payment follow up, invoice checking with customers
- Others assigned by General Management
- Following the personal targets that are defined by the Management and agreed with the employee.
- Other specific tasks defined by the Dept. Leader.
Job qualification:
1. At least 2 years work experience in sales.
2. Experience in the field of mechanical components, fastener experience is a plus.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus.
4. Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
5. ERP-experience is a must, SAP is a plus.
6. Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
7. Good negotiation skills.
8. Self motivation
Annual bonus will be offered based on KPI result.
