Project Engineering Functions: 工作职能：
1. Provide necessary technical and managerial support at client or supplier locations, and accompany Infinite Sum team members on client or supplier visits as technical support and / or as translator / interpreter。
给客户或供应商提供必要的技术支持, 及客户或供应商来访时负责相应技术，翻译，协调工作
2. Investigate potential China supplier options to support Infinite Sum / client needs based on product drawings, specifications, samples, forecast volumes, target prices, etc.
根据产品图纸，规格，样品，需求量，目标价格等，为客户及公司需求开发潜在供应商
3. Conduct customer mandated Supplier Assessments and collect all required supporting documentation; assist in potential supplier assessments utilizing Infinite Sum's web based Supplier Assessment (SA) tool; use SA results to create a Gap Analysis and Supplier Development Plan
利用公司系统工具，协助评估潜在供应商，并制定供应商开发计划
4. Maintain regular contact and track client / supplier activities in China on behalf of foreign based Infinite Sum team members
代表公司项目组维护，及跟进客户和供应商关系
5. Create Work Plans with task definitions, responsibility and timing to track project progress / completion
制定工作计划，和责任划分，按照时效跟踪项目进展/完成
6. Resolve client / supplier quality issues to assist in determining root causes and potential corrective actions using formal problem solving methodologies
协助解决质量问题，并调查根本问题原因和可能的纠正措施
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by Infinite Sum Senior Management in support of Infinite Sum projects

Project Management Functions:
1. Maintain direct contact with US based Infinite Sum team to collect all information necessary for successful planning and execution of projects to meet Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements.
与美国团队保持联系，协助收集必要的信息，以满足客户的成本，质量，及交期上的要求。
2. Communicate directly with selected supplier and monitor activities to assure Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements are met.
直接对面现有供应商及对工厂监管监督，来确保达成客户在成本，质量，交期上的要求。
3. Make recommendations and develop plans for supplier development, continuous improvement, cost reductions, etc.
制定供应商发展计划，持续改进，降低成本等。
4. Determine project personnel needs and request personnel and skill sets required, permanently or temporarily, at the selected supplier locations to effectively meet Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements.
确认和要求现有供应商的人工及技术能够有效得达成客户成本，质量和交货期要求。
5. Assess project risks and opportunities; create work plans to address issues and follow through to completion
对项目风险和机遇进行评估；制定工作计划，解决问题并跟踪至完成。
6. Track project status and submit regular reports to Infinite Sum Senior Management
跟踪项目状态，并定期向公司管理层报告。
7. Train, mentor and develop team personnel, including project management cross training to maintain coverage through approved personal leave times
培养，指导，和发展项目其他人员，包括项目管理交叉来保证员工请假时工作交接

岗位要求：
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering, 10+ years of direct manufacturing experience, including product / process development, project management, quality assurance and manufacturing
大学本科及以上学历，机械/制造相关专业。从事塑料制品行业工作10年及以上，有原材料，测试，产品及过程开发，项目管理，及质量和生产管理方面经验。
2. Experience developing, and using, Project Work Plans, Project Timing Plans, Open Issue Lists, and other project management tools
熟悉并善于运用工作计划，项目时间管理，问题追踪，及其他项目管理工具
3. Proficiency using quality tools including Process Capability, Problem Solving Methods, Statistical Process Control, Gage R&R, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
熟练运用过程控制，问题解决，统计控制，Gage R&R, FMEA, 控制计划等工具
4. Knowledge of ISO /TS16949
熟悉ISO 或TS16949方面体系
5. Verbal and written fluency in English; able to communicate accurately with English only speaking customers and IS Senior Management; able to accurately translate / interpret in meetings with suppliers, customers and IS Senior Managers
英文听说写流利，能够用英文独立跟客户及公司国外项目组沟通，并可以在工厂，客户及IS公司会议中胜任翻译，解释角色。
