DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES岗位责任
？ Deliver predesigned workouts to our members in each class;
教授会员课程；
？ Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class;
课程中持续监控锻炼强度；
？ Ensure class begins and ends on time;
确保课程准时开始和结束；
？ Teach respective classes on a regular basis;
定期教授相关课程；
？ Communicate with the Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling;
同经理沟通会员反馈、设备情况、门店运营、课程安排等；
？ Retain current members and develop new ones;
保留现有会员并有能力拓展新客；
？ Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels;
为不同锻炼水平的会员适当调整课程强度或内容；
？ Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations;
参加月度员工会议并有能力做宣传演讲；
？ Assist sales associates when needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求
？ Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics;
了解生理学、锻炼技巧、人体机能；
？ Ability to multi-task and stay organized;
能适应多任务工作并遵守纪律；
？ Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills;
积极的、有激励大家及有效沟通能力的；
？ Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels;
有能力教授各种锻炼水平会员；
？ Fitness certification is preferred;
有相关资质优先考虑；
？ Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred;
有运动相关学位优先考虑；
？ 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry;
一年以上教授团体课程或私教课程经验；
？ Excellent communication and customer service skills;
出色的沟通及顾客至上理念；
？ Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
能安全举起并移动40磅以上重量。
