岗位职责：

1、负责公司各类协议、合同、章程等法律文件的起草审核；包括后期修订与改进工作；
2、负责公司诉讼、仲裁案件的处理；
3、负责对公司的产品、业务及专项事务等给出法律建议和法律支持；
4、对公司及客户存在的法律风险提出预警，并提供法律支持；
5、完成领导交付的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，法学相关专业毕业；
2、一年及以上法律相关工作经验，有律师事务工作经验或诉讼经验者优先考虑；
3、具有较强的谈判能力和书面表达能力；
4、逻辑思维较强，处事严谨、思维慎密；
5、通过司考者优先。
6、英语六级优先；
