职位基本描述
该职位负责公司的市场营销传播策略的开发、协调和实施，以提高我公司在亚洲区的品牌知名度、营销拓展和产品的销售业绩。该职位还负责支持商务团队进行信息/数据收集、组合、存储和分析。

工作岗位要求：
市场职责部分：
？ 制定年度市场部计划。其中包含创新的营销策略，展会出展的完善和提高，媒体和互联网广告(开发、分析)，能与媒体人员接触合作，以及管理鉴别潜在客户.。
？ 管理媒体活动，分析并报告市场投入回报率给公司管理层。
？ 与区域经销商以及区域销售人员合作，充分利用经销商合作广告和促销机会
？ 管理我们的网站内容，确保所有的内容及时更新，并且保持与全球一致性
？ 翻译产品目录和相关应用，制作适合中国市场的宣传册，包括与当地工程团队保持沟通，确保翻译的专业性和正确性
业务分析职责部分：
？ 制定每周/每月常规报表给管理层，为销售业绩跟踪或决策提供依据
？ 负责预算、实际和预测之间的业绩差异分析
？ 协助对订单、销售和利润的业务分析
？ 从不同的数据渠道收集信息，确保数据的完整性
？ 完善策略以最大限度地实现数据自动化，创建和维护数据库以便于进行数据分析。
？ 与全球营销团队合作，为内部操作使用建立一个合理的内部系统，并改进业务流程确保有效的信息流通。

任职要求：
任职要求：
1. 市场营销或市场数据信息类相关专业，统招大学本科/学士学位或以上学历
2. 5年以上市场营销和业务数据分析经验，电子元器件或传感器行业优先考虑
3. 熟练使用微软办公软件(尤其是微软Excel，构建复杂的公式和数据库)
4. 数据论证管理和分析/数学能力，有大量数据处理的工作经验
5. 良好的英语口语和书写能力
6. 较强的组织能力，注重细节和多任务处理能力
7. 灵活但有效的时间管理能力，能够将工作按照优先级处理，保证各项工作的按时完成。
