职位描述：
1. 主要工作职责MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES：

1) 电话接听、转接；
Manage internal and external communication by answering phone calls;
2) 访客接待；
Receive and welcome visitors in a professional manner;
3) 会议室的预订安排；
Be responsible for meeting rooming management;
5) 负责公司信件、快递包裹的收发工作；
Receive or deliver mails or courier;
6) 负责员工工作餐、桶装饮用水的预定、结算工作；
Responsible for staff meal, bottle water ordering and daily administration;
9) 负责员工考勤管理；
Responsible the finger printer register management and monthly report;
17) 部门经理安排的其他工作；
Other work assigned by Manager.

1. 具备良好的商务礼仪来接听电话，与客户、供应商、同事沟通交流；
Proper manner of answering phones and communication with customers, suppliers and other staff;
