职位描述：
Job Description:
1、编制现金账簿及收付凭证、银行账簿及收付凭证；
   Make the record of cash book & receiving and paying; make the record of bank book & receiving and paying.
2、处理银行相关事宜，包括与银行职员的联系。(银行支付，现金支付，去银行存现、取现、取银行回单，银行对账)
   Banking related matters; include liaising with bank staff
(Bank payment, cash payment, get cash from cash, deposit, receiving the bank receipt，Bank Reconciliation)
3、监控现金流/现金余额，编制现金流量表
   Monitoring of cash flow/ cash balance, make the cash flow statement
4、去税务局购买发票
 Applying and buying invoice.
5、核对ERP订单，对账，及时开具发票，并按照要求邮寄发票
 Check ERP order, Reconciliation, Issue the invoice and mail them to the receiver.
6、监控应收账款账龄分析报表，向客户或者销售人员追讨长期未清偿货款
   Monitor AR aging report and chase customers for long outstanding debts
Applicant qualification:
1、会计及相关专业本科以上学历
   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2、1年以上会计或与会计相关方面的工作经验
   Minimum of one year working experience in accounts receivables or in any accounting related role
3、熟悉财务软件
   Familiar with financial software
4、英语听说读写能力优秀
   Proficiency in English communication skill
5、有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力和抗压能力
   Team spirit, good communication and work under pressure.
