1. Plan and coordinate the research activities related to development of new products.
2. Provide technical support in improving operation capability, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
3. Set up CTQ specification and modification.
4. Design new products construciton and properties based on customer requirements, and accordingly participate in screeing and evaluating raw materials and suppliers.
5. Process parameters setting up and improvement.
职位要求：
1. Excellent verbal and written communication ability in Mandarin and English.
2. Knowledge of adhesive background preferred.
3. Solid background in new products design, adhesive testing or formula setting.
4. Work experience: 5 years or above.
5. Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry related major.
