Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
Control the product realization process / 生产实现程序的控制
？ Assure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, SHIP A PRODUCT FREE OF DEFECTS / 确保产品的发货达到客户要求，确保无不合格品的输出。
？ Assure the product-process control according to the customer and company specifications / 根据客户与公司的规范确保产品 - 工艺的管理控制。
？ Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices / 定义，监控评估质量方针及其付诸实践的效力。
？ Implementation and follow-up of the 10 steps methodology / 实施及跟进十步走方法论。
Manage the corrective and preventive action process / 管理纠正及预防措施的程序
？ Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions / 起草与跟进内部和外部纠正措施。
？ Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented / 确认已实施纠正措施的效力。
？ Maintain the CA/PA system for internal and external quality / 维护CA/PA体系以确保内部与外部质量。
Communicate with the external customer / 与外部客户的沟通交流
？ To be the official contact with the customer regarding product quality issues / 作为客户方关于质量问题的官方联系人。
？ Validate and send answers to customer complaints / 验证客户投诉并作出反馈。
？ Ensure that all analysis and action plans for customer, internal and external audits and any other CA/PA type are adequate to address the reported conditions / 确保所有客户方，内部与外部审核的分析以及行动计划，以及其他CA/PA类型都与汇报的情况相吻合。
Manage the transition/introduction of new products / 管理新产品的流转及引入
？ Develop, implement and maintain the company FAI process to ensure failure free transference and introduction of new product lines or processes / 开发，实施与维护公司首件检验工艺以确保无不合格品的流转及新生产线或新工艺的引入。
？ Validation of new components and tools as required / 根据需要，验证新的部件与工具。
Manage the documentation and records control process / 管理文件与记录的控制程序
？ Generate, review, implement and maintain IMS documentation of quality department, work instructions, formats etc / 创建，评审，实施与维护质量部门IMS的文件，工作指导说明，表格等。
？ Review and approve technical and performance specifications, quality documents and procedures / 评审与批准技术与性能规格，质量文件与流程。
Manage the training process / 管理培训程序
？ Provide on the job training as needed on quality criteria, customer complaints, etc / 根据需要在质量标准，客户投诉方面提供职业培训。
？ Co-Lead with process engineering team, as required to develop/update/improve training modules and support for trainers / 根据需要与工艺工程团队一起领导开发/更新/改进培训模块，并为培训师提供支持。
Support material acquisition/receiving inspection process / 为材料购买/验收检查程序提供支持
？ Provide effective feedback to receiving inspection process about the quality of supplied parts / 为所供应的零件实施验收检查程序，并提供有效质量反馈。
？ Support on components FAI process to receiving inspection as required / 按照要求为部件的FAI 程序到验收检验程序提供支持。
Manage the continous improvement process / 管理持续改善程序
？ Actively support the company continuous improvement initiatives / 积极为公司持续改善程序提供支持。
？ Define and provide the required resources to meet the continous improvement objectives / 定义与提供所要求资源，以达成持续改善目标。
？ Lead continuous improvement projects to reach established goals and go beyond / 领导持续改善项目以完成或超额完成既定目标。
Manage the audit process / 管理审核程序
？ Perform internal audits (process and product) / 实施内部审核（程序与产品）。
？ Feedback to the internal auditor to the continuous improvement of the product and process internal audit / 为产品与工艺持续改善的内部审核向内审员提供反馈。
？ Be active internal auditor to support the company’s internal audit process / 踊跃成为内部审核员以支持公司的内审程序。
？ Support and attend all required audit (customer, internal, external, etc.) / 按照要求参与所有的审核活动并提供支持。（客户，内部，外部审核等）。
Manage and support to the program / 项目管理与支持
？ Collect, analyze and oversee data entry on relevant quality performance indicators / 收集，分析相关质量绩效指标并监督其数据输入。
？ Supervise the performance of the assigned Quality Inspectors / 监督指定质检员的工作绩效。
？ Coordinate inspection support, overtime, vacations, absence and flexibility changes between production lines with the Production Manager / 为生产线与生产经理之间提供监督支持，例如对生产，如人员的加班工作时间，休假，缺席以及弹性工作时间的监督。
？ Verify status of program shipping requirements to update priorities and action items / 验证项目出货状态及要求，以更新工作重点及轻重缓急。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor degree from university / 大学学历。
Industrial Engineering career or equivalent / 工业工程领域工作经验或同等经历。
3 to 5 years experience in Quality position in a manufacturing environment / 3-5年制造业环境质量岗位工作经验。
Experience working under ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems and environmental systems / 具有ISO 9001或AS 9100质量体系或环境体系工作经验。
Experience performing component level and product level FAI process / 曾参与部件与产品首件检验程序经验。
Experience defining and performing continuous improvement projects / 定义与实施持续改善项目经验。
AS9100, ISO 9001 quality systems management at product manufacturing level / 与产品制造有关的AS 9100，ISO 9001质量体系管理经验。
Problem solving and planning techniques such as 8D’s, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, etc / 解决问题与规划技术如8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA,等。
Excellent project management skills / 卓越的项目管理技能。
Fluent English writing and speaking proficiency / 英语流利的书写及熟练的听说能力。
People administration / 人员的管理。
