1.Lead the east regional sales team to reach the sales budget
2.Ensure the team work properly according to the company/sales department rule
3.Develop the new business/market/customer/project in the region
4.Able to manage the key accounts with global team's coodination
5.Conduct market analysis,competition review,pricing proposal,territories policies
Profile required:
1.Bachelor degree in electrical or related majior
2.At least 5 years experience in same or related industry/Market
3.Good communication capabilty with customers/partners
4.Concentrate on the targeting objective and self motivated
5.Realtive Good English skill of written and spoken
