职位描述：
1、负责员工培训需求的调查分析工作，并结合企业实际情况拟定培训计划；
2、负责公司职前培训的组织实施；
3、跟踪在职员工的培训计划实施情况，并及时反馈培训过程中出现的问题；
4、与外部培训单位建立良好的联系，以满足企业员工外部培训的需要；
5、负责员工培训档案的维护与管理工作；
6、完成上级布置的其它工作。

任职资格
1、25岁以上，大专及以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
2、1年以上培训工作经验；
3、熟悉内部培训及外部培训组织作业流程；
5、具有较强的分析判断能力和计划执行能力；
6、具有良好的沟通协调能力；
7、工作认真、细致，有较强的亲和力。
